Candidate will be responsible for all marketing related activity like E-mail campaign, Cold call, Follow up with the candidate and Tier-1 Vendors, regular generate new data related to the business and market research along with below mentioned activities.
• Find suitable project assignments for tCognition Technical Employees
• Best Rate negotiations with the Tier-1 Vendors
• Manage Complete Placement Lifecycle for existing tCognition Technical Employees
• Being a friendly, and informational resource to the candidates and establishing trust to solicit positive and negative feedback.
• Building Fresh relations & strengthening existing relationship with Tier-1 National and Vendors and Boutique IT Staffing Firms to gain more leads.
• Maintaining Opportunities database & generate periodic reports as per management advise
• Handling delegates by telephone and an independent self-starter.
• Scheduling and coordinating with respect to candidate interviews & Project Starts
• Act as one point contact between tCognition, Consultant (Tech Employee) and Tier-1 Vendor
