•             Develop and grow your own client base by marketing our services for full time or contract placement solutions.
•             Market to clients and speak with key decision makers, networking skills are a must.
•             You will be responsible for generating leads and filling position for our clients.
•             We are looking for someone flexible and able to sell, as well as recruit.
•             This position is not for everyone, you should probably have started out as a recruiter and have moved into sales as part of your career progression.
•             We do have a very favorable commission structure where you earn based on your results, with no cap.

Experience Required: 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience minimum


Must Haves:
•             Must have proven closing skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships.
•             A combination of business development and account management skills are required.
•             Must have a proven track record of success, and be a competitive self-motivated individual.
•             Attention to detail and great follow through.
•             Excellent command of the English language; both written and verbal skills are necessary to be successful.
•             Effective skills in negotiation and proposal processes are important. Experience with strategy based recruiting, and an ability to adapt.
